This page is a website notice, not a substitute for a signed client contract or employment contract.
The website
Content on this site is for general information about Fordytech Solutions, our work, and open roles. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, screenshot, or timeline is complete or current. Project examples describe work we have delivered; they are not a guarantee of the same outcome for every engagement.
Inquiries and calls
Sending an email or booking a Calendly call does not create a client relationship. We decide whether to take on work after discussing scope, constraints, and commercial terms.
Careers
Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment or a contract. We review applications for the roles listed and may or may not contact you. Any hiring is only effective when we issue a written offer that you accept.
You confirm that the information and resume you submit are accurate, that you have the right to share them, and that you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Fordytech name, site design, text, and images on this website belong to Fordytech Solutions or our licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission. Work we deliver for clients is governed by the project agreement for that engagement, not by these website terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or the Careers form. That includes submitting malware, scraping the site in an abusive way, or sending content you do not have the right to share.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Fordytech Solutions is not liable for damages arising only from use of, or inability to use, this website. Limits of liability for paid project work are set in the relevant client agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without affecting any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply where you live.
