Fordytech Solutions (“Fordytech,” “we,” “us”) is a software studio based in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines. We work as an internal technology partner for international companies. This policy applies to fordytechsolutions.com, including the Careers form and contact links.
This page is a practical privacy notice for the website. It is not legal advice. If you need a formal data-processing agreement for a client engagement, we handle that in a separate contract.
Who is responsible

Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us:
- Contact details, such as your name and email address
- The content of messages you send, including meeting requests through Calendly
- Job applications: the role you select, what you write about yourself, and your resume file
- Basic technical data that browsers typically send, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, if our hosting provider or analytics tools record them
We do not require an account to use this website, and we do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- To review job applications and contact applicants
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To meet legal or accounting obligations if they apply
Where it is sent
Job applications are emailed to us, including the resume file. Email delivery may use a form service (currently FormSubmit) and our email provider (Google). Meeting bookings are handled by Calendly. Those providers process the information you submit in order to deliver their service.
Because we work with companies in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Canada, information you send may be accessed from the Philippines and stored on systems in other countries.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable business record. Job applications are kept only as long as needed to assess the role, unless we hire you or the law requires a longer period. You can ask us to delete an application by emailing cliffordc.francisco@gmail.com.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice when our practices or tools change. The effective date above will be revised when we do.
